Window Peeper AI Help
Find help choosing a photo, following your video in My Videos, and saving your finished MP4.
Choose a clear photo of one adult
Use a JPG, PNG or WebP under 10 MB. Both dimensions must be between 256 and 5,760 pixels, with a width-to-height ratio between 0.4 and 2.5. A well-lit face, visible shoulders and a simple background help the model read the person.
Use only a photo you have permission to process. Your photo guides the person’s appearance. The room, meal and performance are already built in, so one portrait is all you need.
Your photo and sign-in
Selecting a photo shows a local preview. Sign in with Google before generating. The photo is uploaded when you explicitly start the generation flow, after the permission checkbox is checked.
Choosing a photo does not spend credits. The tool checks your balance and shows the cost before it starts a generation.
Recover an interrupted request
If a submission times out or the connection drops, use Check status for the existing request. Do not start a second request to replace one with an uncertain status.
Sign in with the same account and open My Videos to find your request, including from another browser. You can return to the generator for its progress and result. Refreshing or checking an existing task does not start another video.
Preview and download
A model-complete video may still be saving. Wait until the result is ready and the download action appears. Save your video when it becomes available.
The classic preset generates a vertical MP4 at 768P, around 14 seconds long. Final length and dimensions can vary slightly; your result shows its actual details. Watch the full clip and listen to its generated audio before sharing. Downloading the same result does not use another generation.
Cost and failed requests
Each generation currently uses 200 credits. The generator shows the confirmed cost before submission. Sign in with Google to purchase credits through the pricing page; review the selected pack or subscription before approving PayPal payment.
Only an actual credit return recorded by the service is shown as returned. A video you dislike is different from a technical failure; no automatic cash refund is promised here.
