The Help page covers photo requirements, interrupted requests and downloads. For an uncertain submission, use Check status in the generator instead of creating another request.

When you need an investigation

Include the request reference shown under Request details, what happened and the approximate time. For payment questions, keep your PayPal receipt. Do not share passwords, API keys or full payment details.

A public support contact is still being finalized. Existing testers can use their original contact with the operator. The Help page is available without signing in; this site does not currently offer a support form or a guaranteed response time.
